Care Management Support Specialist, FT, Day - Prisma Health : Job Details

Support the department in day-to-day operations and reporting requirements. Has a basic understanding of processes to support and intervene in areas allowable under the scope of practice for this role. Develops expertise in administrative and technical support related to the operational functions of the department. Essential Functions.
