Seasons is a comprehensive behavioral health center offering a broad range of psychiatric and behavioral health services to communities in the Northwest Iowa region. Were currently seeking a full-time Care Coordinator. The Care Coordinator will help coordinate service provision for providers, facilitating communication between providers, and ensuring individuals receive the appropriate care for their individual needs. This position could be based in Spencer, Sheldon, Sibley, Spirit Lake, or Sioux Center, IA.
