This person MUST be focused on the client relationship aspect of the role and have a desire to provide solutions to families, head quality assurance initiatives and uphold the agency standards where client's rights are concerned.The ideal candidate will have experience working in a service focused industry, specifically serving vulnerable populations, and thrive in a fast paced ever changing environment.Primary Objectives:Meet with prospective clients in order to discover their needs, sign them up for service and establish a care relationship.Ensure satisfaction, safety and quality care through regular phone contact with clients and representatives as well as live visits in their homes.Be a point of contact and meet with clients and family members to facilitate formation of a service plan and problem resolution for client care issues.Maintain documentation necessary to remain compliant with all state, federal and franchise standards.Work closely with Scheduling and Care Pro departments for quality assurancePerform the functions of the role within the agency policy and procedures guidelines - become proficient in operating by those terms.Uncover opportunities to protect and expand service hours with the aim of improving the overall value we provide to clients.Reflect the values of KUWT Jones, LLC d.b.a.
