CARE Case Manager, Undergraduate Students - The University of Rochester : Job Details

The CARE Case Manager provides strengths-based assessment, intervention, and coordination of services to students experiencing academic, personal, and/or medical difficulties to assist them in removing barriers to success and to enhance their holistic well-being. The Case Manager exercises independent judgment while coordinating with the Director of CARE, other faculty and staff members, and parents or community members when appropriate, to develop supportive plans for students in need of resources. This position also serves as a liaison between the Office of the Dean of Students (ODOS) and other campus departments to support student well-being, collect information about student referrals, and implement programs for various constituents in the university community.
