Shifts: Mon - Fri (Days)Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated Cardiology Nurse Practitioner who desires a smaller practice off the beaten path to grow and build relationships with patients and the community to join our healthcare team.Roles and Responsibilities:• Perform assessment, by obtaining patient medical and social histories, and by performing diagnostic testing and taking vital signs.• Evaluate signs and symptoms of patient• Refer patients to physicians or other health care providers and facilities as needed and monitor outcome of the referral.• Consult and collaborate with other professionals as needed.• Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.Qualification/Experience:• Master's Degree as NP or Must be a graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner educational program• Minimum 5 years cardiac experience as Nurse PractitionerLicenses/Certifications:• Current State TN Nurse Practitioner License• Active DEA License• BLS/ACLS CertificationBenefits:• Dental/Health/Vision Insurance• Flexible schedule• Paid time off
