• 7 day blocks of continuous call coverage -- 24/7 schedule
• Mix of general inpatient (90%) and critical care (10%) cases
• Procedural skills required: PCI and STEMI call required
• Additional preferred skills: TEE and nuclear/echo stress testing
• One week orientation provided before assignment start
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
