Arnot Health is seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Registered Nurse to join our high-performing cardiovascular team in the Southern Tier of New York. Work side-by-side with skilled clinicians in a fast-paced cardiac unit where your expertise makes a real difference in emergency and elective cardiac interventions. Situated in the Finger Lakes region, the Southern Tier offers rolling countryside, historic character, and cultural charm-making it a unique destination for personal and professional growth. Cath Lab RN ResponsibilitiesAssist with Interventional Cardiac Procedures: Support the care team during angiograms, angioplasty, stenting, pacemaker and defibrillator implantations, and electrophysiology studies. Ensure Continuous Patient Monitoring: Track vitals, manage IV access, administer medications, and monitor patient responses during high-acuity procedures. Collaborate Across Specialties: Work closely with cardiologists, technologists, and surgical support staff to coordinate and deliver optimal cardiovascular care. Educate & Advocate: Provide patient and family education on procedures, recovery, and long-term cardiac health. Advocate for patient comfort, safety, and understanding. Maintain Sterile, Safe Environment: Ensure all cath lab equipment is properly prepared, maintained, and used in accordance with strict safety and infection control guidelines. QualificationsLicensure & Certifications:

• Active New York State RN license (required)
• BLS and ACLS certifications (required or obtained within 6 months of hire)

Preferred Experience:

• 1+ year in cardiac catheterization, cardiac telemetry, or critical care
• Proficient with cath lab technology and monitoring systems
• Demonstrated clinical judgment in high-pressure environments
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
