Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19 - $19 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a General Laborer:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated

• Guide customers onto the car wash conveyor, ensuring their vehicle is properly aligned and prepared for the wash process

• Provide information on our various car wash packages and upsell additional services as appropriate

• Operate the car wash equipment efficiently and safely, adhering to all company guidelines and procedures

• Perform regular equipment maintenance checks, notifying management of any issues or concerns

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including the tunnel, equipment room, and customer areas

• Assist with opening and closing procedures, as well as daily cash handling and reporting

• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow and a positive working environment

• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, ensuring the well-being of customers, team members, and vehicles

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and overall operational efficiency

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

• Maintains a professional appearance

• Other duties as assigned

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous customer service or car wash experience is a plus, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
