This is a hands-on, comprehensive role encompassing the whole growth lifecycle (business development, capture strategy, and proposal support). The ideal candidate is a self-starter, driven by competition, and focused on winning. This person will lead capture efforts from opportunity identification through proposal submission, driving strategy, teaming, customer engagement, and solution development.
