Capitation Manager - Community Medical Centers : Job Details

The Capitation Manager oversees financial operations for both capitated and non-capitated functions at Community Care Health (CCH), including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and reporting. This role is responsible for managing capitation revenue, provider payment systems, and the financial performance of risk-based agreements. The Capitation Manager works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to assess financial impacts, support rate negotiations, and ensure regulatory compliance.
