Job DescriptionReporting to the Director of Facilities, the Capital Projects Coordinator manages programming, design, budgeting, and construction of school-related capital improvement projects on the St. Albans campus. Responsibilities include:

Classification & CompensationType: Staff, Full-Time, Exempt, Onsite, Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000. Reports to the Director of Facilities. No supervisory responsibilities.

Working ConditionsTypically Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional nights and weekends. Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks around a sprawling campus.
