The ideal candidate will simultaneously manage 10+ complex projects ranging in budget from $35 million to $100 million, ensuring safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery. Although this role has no direct reports, the Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams assigned per project, working closely with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and EHS personnel.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and risk assessments using Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Lead project teams made up of engineering, procurement, operations, and construction personnel for each assigned project.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders including vendors, contractors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and environmental health and safety (EHS) policies.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and financial performance.
  • Manage contractor performance and negotiate vendor contracts to meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project execution methodologies, cost control, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline (Master's or PMP Certification preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of direct CapEx project management experience, ideally within industrial, chemical, manufacturing, or heavy industry environments.
  • Proven ability to manage large budgets ($35M–$100M) and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of EHS requirements, regulatory compliance, and construction site safety best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience working with vendors, contractors, and third-party service providers.
  • Proficient in Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, SmartSheet, or equivalent).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
