TITLE: Project Engineer

Comp: From $95,000 - $105,000/yr

Location: Lebanon, IN

Our client is seeking immediate assistance in identifying a candidate for a Project Engineer direct hire position in Lebanon, IN.

Responsibilities:

• Served as the onsite engineering liaison during the construction of a new facility, coordinating efforts between the corporate engineering team, general contractor, and subcontractors.
• Supported the installation and commissioning of all production equipment.
• Provided technical expertise during system startup and ensured smooth transition into continuous operation.
• Collaborated with maintenance and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize production line efficiency.
• Identified and implemented opportunities for process improvements.
• Planned, executed, and managed capital projects from concept through completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Experience in Food or CPG
• Experience managing capital projects
• Knowledge of food processing equipment and/or hygienic design
• Knowledge of commissioning, installation, and working/managing contractors
• 5-10% travel to other locations, East Coast
