Base pay range

$400,000.00/yr - $500,000.00/yr

A leading digital infrastructure platform focused on acquiring, developing, and operating mission-critical assets in data centers, fiber networks, wireless infrastructure, and edge computing. Backed by top-tier investors and operating at the intersection of real estate, technology, and connectivity, the firm is positioned for high-growth execution across North America and international markets.

Seeking a seasoned Capital Markets professional to lead the company's institutional fundraising efforts. This individual will play a critical role in originating, structuring, and executing capital solutions that support the company's acquisition and development pipeline. The role requires direct experience engaging institutional investors with a primary focus on the passive LP community / long duration patient capital allocator communities such as pension funds, sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies, family offices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Capital Raising and Structuring

• Lead and execute capital raising and structuring activities across debt and equity, including asset-level financing, debt and equity capital raises, and structuring capital solutions alongside co investors.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional capital providers
• Prepare marketing materials, investor presentations, and financial models in coordination with internal teams
• Support the evaluation and execution of joint ventures, co-investments, and platform-level partnerships

Qualifications:

• 7-12 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, private equity, or infrastructure fundraising.
• Demonstrated success raising capital from institutional investors, preferably in infrastructure, digital infrastructure, or real assets
• Strong understanding of capital structures, fund formation, and institutional investor preferences.
• Excellent financial modeling, structuring, and communication skills.
• Ability to work with discretion on sensitive and confidential initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree strongly preferred
