Capital Markets - Funding and Liability Management - C15/Director - Citi : Job Details

1. Oversight of the Customer-Related (structured notes) borrowings program on behalf of Treasury: ~$130 bn outstanding including analysis of complex structures, governance and pricing across multiple asset classes including Rates, Equities, Credit, FX, and Commodities 2. Lead the Share Repurchase strategy and governance 3. Guide a team of Treasury professionals in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation in a well governed and controlled manner 4. Assist in the strategic design of the capital, funding and liquidity plan 5. Coordinate and collaborate with balance sheet and liquidity teams to provide analytics and input related to capital metrics and key liquidity ratios 6. Partner with various Structuring Teams to drive and execute new types of transactions, pricing based on liquidity characteristics, risks and impacts to the overall balance sheet 7.
