Your role as a Senior Consultant in our Financial Services team will support the development and delivery of AI-driven strategies and solutions for leading financial institutions. You'll work alongside cross-functional teams to help clients unlock value through data and emerging technologies. In this role you will play a key role in:
- Support AI Strategy & Execution: Contribute to the design and implementation of generative AI use cases aligned with client goals and industry trends.
- Deliver Projects: Collaborate on AI and data transformation initiatives, ensuring quality execution and measurable impact.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand business needs and help shape tailored solutions.
- Team Contribution: Work closely with managers and senior leaders, contributing to project planning, analysis, and delivery.
- Internal Contribution: Work with our Financial Services team to drive value internally through business development, people development, or other means.
- Stay Current: Keep up with the latest in generative AI and financial services to inform your work and client recommendations.
Your profile: We would love to see candidates who have:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in data and AI in the financial services industry.
- Exposure to AI, data strategy, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate ideas clearlyvisually and verbally.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
