• Scouting out the freshest flower, edibles, concentrates, and more
• Building relationships with cultivators and vendors you'd actually smoke with
• Negotiating prices that make our bottom line (and your budget skills) shine
• Managing inventory through METRC like a compliance wizard
• Keeping our menus updated and accurate in Dutcie, because we care about what the customers see
• Tracking product performance and pivoting like a pro
• Being the in-house product expert (yes, you'll get to try stuff... responsibly, of course)

What You Bring To The Table

• 2+ years in cannabis purchasing
• Hands-on METRC and Dutcie experience is a MUST
• A sixth sense for market trends and top-shelf products
• Confidence to talk shop with growers, processors, and our in-house team
• Organization so tight even your spreadsheets have spreadsheets
• A deep love for the plant and the industry
