About the Role:The Candy Packer role at the Womelsdorf location provides support to the production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance, quality, and safety throughout the plant. Youll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:Competitive compensation: earn $21 per hour, including shift differential. Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices and company policies and procedures. Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality. Being responsible for recognizing and reporting employee safety, food safety, and/or quality issues. Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role, which operates 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM, rotating days/weeks.
