Candidate Experience Associate - Charles River Laboratories International : Job Details

This unique entry level recruiting role ensures an excellent candidate experience for early talent or high-volume recruitment. From screening, phone interviewing to background checks, candidate care continues until the first day when our best in-class onboarding journey begins. This role will be supporting our Mattawan site and will be required to be onsite for a minimum of two days a week, it will be a hybrid role. Job Qualifications Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Business Partners and hiring managers to meet hiring needs. Attract the right talent into our entry level roles by establishing productive relationships with local high schools, universities, and community colleges. Pipeline talent, screen and launch selection assessments. Conduct phone interviews and support for entry-level roles. Will support hiring managers as on-site point of contact to facilitate our Enhanced Interview Process.
