Position Overview: Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global HCM Practice. Our client needs support with Canada Payroll processing on a temporary basis. Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end Canadian payroll using ADP GlobalView, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal and provincial regulations.
- Validate and audit time and attendance data to ensure accurate payroll input.
- Manage off-cycle payments, adjustments, and year-end activities.
- Handle payroll-related queries from employees or HR, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and ADP to ensure data integrity and timely processing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
Required Qualification(s):
- Proven experience processing Canadian payroll using ADP GlobalView.
- Strong knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation, including statutory deductions and provincial nuances.
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualification(s):
- Experience with timekeeping systems and interpreting time data
Duration: This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start date, with an initial duration through to December 31st, with the possibility of extending.
