PBNA $24.45 / hour JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Operate the filler, sbo, capper, Filtec, warmer, blender and associated equipment as instructed in SOP, including performing all required quality checks. Track and record equipment and Line downtime information Perform Line Checks, which may include but are not limited to: Thermal system set point Fill weights Bottle temps at filling and after cooling Pull up torques and tamper band check Rinser set point Start up, flavor change, and extensive downtime brix checks Start up and flavor change sensory CIP concentrations Bottle code accuracy Challenge Filtec bottle rejection system Closure and Bottle data entry in Infinity Closure and Bottle routine inspections Perform cap application checks Perform Operators related P - Ms on equipment Maintain 100% compliance with HACCP and AIB standards. Trouble-shoot and complete minor adjustments on equipment.
