Patrol & Community Safety 55%Conduct regular patrols by foot, vehicle, or bike of the campus property, including academic buildings, residence halls, and grounds. Monitor for and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, maintenance concerns, or unauthorized access. Check and secure buildings after hours; open and unlock buildings or rooms as assigned. Report lighting and other facility issues to Facilities Management using appropriate work order systems. Provide walking safety escorts and lockout assistance to members of the campus community. Assist with traffic control, parking enforcement, and visitor guidance as needed. Attend department meetings and training sessions as assigned. Community Engagement 25 tively engage with students, faculty, staff, and visitors to build positive relationships and foster trust.
