Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Recruiting team. We are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented individual to build relationships with top universities and students. The role focuses on sourcing, marketing, and hosting on-campus events to attract exceptional talent.

• Identify top technical talent at campuses domestically and build relationships.
• Establish partnerships with universities through faculty, info sessions, and networking events, positioning HRT as a top employer.
• Travel frequently to campuses for recruiting events and networking.
• Plan and troubleshoot recruiting events to ensure seamless execution.
• Organize and manage end-to-end logistics for on-campus recruiting events.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to find top students.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in tech or quantitative finance industries.
• Experience planning and executing recruiting and networking events.
• Proficiency with ATS and CRM platforms, analytics, and reporting tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
