With $15M in Series A funding, our flagship proprietary tech platform, Kyra Platform, facilitates our team to deliver this at scale, driving strategic impact with guaranteed performance.As Campaign Director, you'll lead and scale the Campaign team responsible for delivering best-in-class influencer campaigns across our US client portfolio—including some of the world's most iconic beauty, fashion and lifestyle brands.You'll oversee multiple workstreams at once: driving campaign execution, improving processes, mentoring senior talent, and partnering closely with internal leads across Strategy, Creative, Client Services, Paid Media, Talent and Product. You'll also serve as a senior point of contact for clients and provide strategic direction during pitches, troubleshooting, and delivery.This is a pivotal role for someone who's equal parts leader, operator, and industry expert—ready to take Kyra's campaign delivery function to the next level.What You'll Be Doing Leadership & Team Management

• Line manage a high-performing team of Campaign Managers across multiple time zones and clients
• Set clear expectations around quality, pace, and performance across live and upcoming campaigns
• Coach and mentor senior campaign talent—supporting their growth and upskilling the wider team

️ Operational Excellence & Workflow Design

• Lead process improvement initiatives across delivery, tooling, approvals, reporting and cross-functional handovers
• Work with the People team to support hiring, onboarding, and resourcing as the team scales
• Drive usage of project management tools (e.g. Asana) to support visibility, delivery rhythm, and efficiency

Client + Internal Stakeholder Partnership

• Act as a senior contact for key clients—providing strategic oversight, issue resolution, and performance alignment
• Collaborate with Sales and Strategy to shape delivery solutions for new projects and proposals
• Ensure internal teams are aligned on campaign scope, goals, and creative expectations from day one

Quality Control & Strategic Delivery

• Ensure every campaign is delivered on-time, on-brand, and on-budget
• Oversee performance measurement and campaign reporting, ensuring insights are packaged clearly
• Constantly raise the bar for cultural relevance, creator quality, and operational clarity across Kyra's campaign output

What You Bring Senior Campaign/Delivery Experience

• 8+ years leading delivery for influencer, branded content, or creator-led campaigns—at least 2 years in a senior or Director-level role
• Experience leading teams across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or Gen Z-facing brands

Operational Vision

• Proven ability to scale processes, build workflows, and make delivery more efficient without sacrificing creativity
• Strong financial fluency and experience managing budgets, pacing, and delivery resourcing at scale

Leadership & Client Excellence

• Confident, people-first leader who can coach, support, and challenge teams to grow
• Excellent communication skills—able to present clearly to clients, internal stakeholders, and senior leadership

Creator & Platform Fluency

• Deep knowledge of the creator economy and content formats across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Passion for storytelling, performance, and helping brands build meaningful creator-first work
