Barstool Sports is looking for a Campaign Analyst to join their Ad Operations team. This role will mainly assist in trafficking podcasts, social media, and video advertising. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that requires precision, focus, and a strong command of data. Candidate must have strong experience in Excel to go along with good people and organizational skills. Candidates must also be coachable and amenable to the process. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives under pressure, has a passion for media, prioritizes attention to detail, and brings a data-first mindset to every decision. This role is based out of our New York office. What You'll Do
- Work with stakeholders to traffic ads across various accounts and platforms - podcasts, social (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook), and video (Google Ad Manager).
- Work with various producers and talent to communicate sales feedback.
- Work within our content management system to organize and execute high volumes of sold assets and communicate sold-out weeks to the sales team.
- Work in social platform ads managers to navigate paid media spend and assets.
- Keep tabs on various Barstool-related social handles to ensure proper execution.
- Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and performance dashboards with 100% accuracy.
- Pull, update, and analyze campaign data to support weekly reporting and key business insights.
- Traffic direct-sold display and video ads in Google Ad Manager
What You Have
- 1-2+ years of experience in ad operations, programmatic, and/or account management
- Experience ad trafficking and/or experience in Google Ad Manager
- Ability to traffic both 1st and 3rd party ad tags
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Good communicator, must take coaching well, and must be a self-starter
- Ability to multitask and collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- BS or BA required
