The Expertise & Skills You Bring

• Minimum of 3 years experience in business or systems analysis, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Domain expertise in Derivative Trade Processing and Collateral Management, from a business and/or technology perspective.
• Experience with Calypso Configuration & CATT tool.
• Proven ability to define clear, concise requirements and support financial applications.
• Experience with JIRA, Postman, Excel, SQL, and microservices-based applications is preferred.
• Strong understanding of application technology and software architecture.
• Excellent analysis skills with a track record of delivering complex technology projects.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, Finance, or related fields.
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation skills. A dynamic contributor with a collaborative work style.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with business partners and technical teams.
• Comfortable discussing trade-offs with business partners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across business and technical teams.
