Responsibilities:
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including a clear, friendly phone voice.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns, and overcome objections.
- Must possess a professional and positive attitude, and be able to quickly develop a rapport with customers over the phone.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs, with Word and Excel a must; PowerPoint is a plus. Knowledge of Gateway Ticketing System is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Must be flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
