We are a large-scale 24/7 operation with over 300 employees and 130 vehicles, providing service from our headquarters in Pleasantville, NJ and two satellite locations in Vineland and Cherry Hill. WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Call Center Representative, you will be a key player on our Call Center team. • Receive, evaluate and prioritize incoming calls to determine the appropriate level of medical transportation response • Schedule trips, collect the appropriate information and enter data into computer aided dispatch software (CAD) • Maintain accurate records and monitor workflow for scheduled appointments • Operate a multi-line telephone system and various computer systems • Be courteous and professional to patients, facility employees, co-workers, supervisors and the public at all times • Have a good understanding of South Jersey geography WHAT YOU'LL NEED • Open availability - we are a 24/7 operation so hours will vary • Proficient computer skills • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in high pressure situations • Clean background check • Negative drug screening PERKS • Competitive compensation starting at $17.50 hr • Benefits package (Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance) Medical Benefits starting at $10.00 weekly • Paid time off (PTO) • 401(k) after 6 months of service • Paid training and certifications • Opportunities for growth and advancement • Annual increases • $ 5000 Tuition Reimbursement available JOB TYPE: Full-time, Part-time TriCare Medical Transportation is an Equal Opportunity Employer
