Call Center Representative - Illinois Staffing : Job Details

We are looking for a Call Center Representative to join their team. The Call Center Rep will assist members & potential members with their telephone requests; explains services, responds to problems, directs phone calls to the appropriate area and provides convenient loan service by telephone. A natural ability to help others and a pleasant outgoing personality are a must.

Location: Madison County, IL

Position Type: Full Time, Evaluation Hire

Shift: Monday-Friday, Day Shift

Pay: $16/hr-$20/hr, BOE
