Job Title: Customer Service Representative. Location: Portsmouth, NH - In office, not remote! Pay Range: Base + Commission (averaging $25/hr, higher pay for bilingual and mid-day shift) Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm or 11:30am-8:00pm

• Engage with Customers: Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor with each account, ensuring a positive experience.
• Handle Calls with Confidence: Manage outbound and inbound calls professionally, using scripts when necessary to provide top-notch service.
• Negotiate Like a Pro: Work with clients' customers to negotiate payment plans and settlements based on specific parameters.
• Resolve Disputes Swiftly: Identify and resolve disputes promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Participate in problem-solving and decision-making activities to continuously improve our processes.

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year in a Customer Service position preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.
• Typing Skills: Moderate typing skills required (35 wpm).
• Basic Skills: Basic math and written communication skills.
• Language Skills: Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus!
