• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally

• Resolve customer concerns and complaints with empathy and efficiency

• Document all interactions and update customer records in the system
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Meet or exceed performance targets related to call handling, quality, and customer satisfaction

QualificationsQualifications

• Proven experience in a call center, customer service, or related role
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
