What You'll Do The Call Center Representative provides customer service support by phone, email, live chat and ticketing system for the college's enrollment functions. Work involves answering the telephones, furnishing general information concerning Student Affairs, Admissions and Records and Advising, operating computer systems, data entry and some clerical work.
