You'll schedule HVAC services, dispatch technicians, update records, and follow up on appointments. You'll also help with marketing efforts and ensure every customer feels heard and cared for. Your role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers happy.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUWe are looking for the following requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with CRM or dispatching software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro)
• Strong phone communication skills and a professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organized

Experience in a call center or customer service role, particularly in the HVAC or service industry, is preferred, along with bilingual skills.YOUR HOURSWe offer multiple flexible in-office shifts at our call center:

• Full-time or part-time
• 7 AM-4 PM, 8 AM-5 PM, 9 AM-5 PM
• Evening, night, weekend shifts
• On-call and overtime when needed
