  • What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  • Answer inbound calls with professionalism and excellent customer service
  • Follow up with inbound calls to find resolutions and handle soft transfers
  • Assist with appointment scheduling and follow up on missed appointments
  • Triage calls to determine the nature and escalate as necessary
  • Maintain call logs and complete necessary forms and reports
  • Perform tasks assigned by management team
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Provide support to clinical team and assist with chart maintenance
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Clerical Team and Call Center Supervisor
  • Hybrid remote role with 2 days from home and 3 days on-site
  • What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 to 2 years of Call Center Representative experience in a fast-paced office, preferably in medical or community mental health
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Ability to learn new software
  • Ability to work with difficult clients
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Team player
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in an outpatient client environment
  • Valid picture ID and Social Security Card
