Answer inbound calls with professionalism and excellent customer serviceFollow up with inbound calls to find resolutions and handle soft transfersAssist with appointment scheduling and follow up on missed appointmentsTriage calls to determine the nature and escalate as necessaryMaintain call logs and complete necessary forms and reportsPerform tasks assigned by management teamMaintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulationsProvide support to clinical team and assist with chart maintenancePerform other duties as assigned by Senior Clerical Team and Call Center SupervisorHybrid remote role with 2 days from home and 3 days on-siteWhat is Required (Qualifications):
Fully bilingual in English and SpanishHigh School Diploma or equivalent1 to 2 years of Call Center Representative experience in a fast-paced office, preferably in medical or community mental healthProficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Ability to learn new softwareAbility to work with difficult clientsDetail-oriented and able to multitaskTeam playerAbility to thrive under pressure in an outpatient client environmentValid picture ID and Social Security CardHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
