Customer (Call Center)Service Representative - Boise, Idaho Looking for candidates with call center/customer service experience. Duties and Responsibilities:Communicate with customers in a professional and enthusiastic wayManage large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely mannerFollow call scripts when handling different topicsIdentify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide a solutionMeet personal qualitative and quantitative targetsIn-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and useEfficiently assess customer needs for product or servicesProcess customer orders and accurately input customer orders into the computerInitiate and complete new intakes and assist in setting up new accounts where applicableArranges necessary referral to community agencies or for those traveling, to assist incontinuity of careAdhere to all established procedures, policies and safety rulesFollow safe work procedures and ensure adherence to practice of safety dailyPerform other tasks as assigned or neededAdditionalAnswer billing and other customer questions or direct customer to proper billing personnelKeep work area clean and safeKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Excellent customer service skillsStrong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listeningAbility to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectivelyExcellent written communication skillsGood typing and 10-key skillsAbility to sit for extended periods of timeAccurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the positionDetail orientedMachines Operated:Computer terminalOther office machines (copy machine, fax machine, etc.)Education or Experience Required:High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferredEEO EmployerApex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
