Call Center Representative Onsite Provo, UT Learn how healthcare should be delivered help people build a career no healthcare experience required. We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist for our Provo, UT office. Your primary responsibility will be taking inbound calls and connecting our patients to life-saving treatments. Trigger Warning:?Working with suicidal patients, listening to trauma from PTSD patients, and having a responsibility to support these patients may be triggering for some people. Benefits

Responsibilities

• Connecting with patients via phone

• Help solve problems and educate patients about TMS and Ketamine

• Coordinate with clinics for patient care

• Other relevant duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED.??

• Strong customer service mindset.

• Previous experience in customer service required

• Excellent verbal and written communication, and basic math skills.??

• Well-versed in de-escalation skills and ability to connect with individuals.
