Thereby, we enrich the lives of those we touch.We are looking to hire an experienced Call Center Representative at our Buffalo, New York office. A qualified applicant will have:

• Excellent computer and communication skills
• Management experience
• Customer service experience
• Be available to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to resolve conflicts and issues.
• Must have outbound calling Experience

Job duties include: Schedule and confirm appointments Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls Customer Service Manage sales reps schedules Achieve weekly and monthly quotasWhat you can expect from us:
