Call Center Representative

TEKsystems is hiring Call Center Representatives to assist a healthcare client during their open enrollment period. These positions would be full-time and would be 100% remote. Qualifications include 1-2 years of call center experience, a private and quiet workarea, strong problem-solving skills with effective oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated excellent customer service skills including superior accountability and follow.

Job Description:

  • Acts as a liaison between our internal and external customers (70-80 calls per day)
  • Responds promptly, accurately, and effectively to all calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Responds to all calls timely and has a clear understanding of call avoidance
  • Performs data input in a highly accurate and timely manner on all customer contacts
  • Simultaneously accesses multiple databases while addressing customer's needs
  • Clearly explains all policies and procedures on both incoming and outgoing calls

Hours:

40-hour work week, 8-hour shift between the times of 8:00am-8:00pm. Training will take place over the first four weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Pay $18.00 - $18.50/hour based on experience.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
