• Help people break free from unwanted timeshares as a Call Center Representative guiding clients through contract resolutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Speak with individuals about unwanted timeshare agreements
• Guide clients through the contract exit process
• Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients
• Provide empathy, clarity, and support in conversations

Shift/Hours:

• Monday-Friday
• Training: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Regular Shifts:11:00 AM - 6:00 PM & 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Job Requirements

• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Compassion in handling sensitive conversations
• Basic computer proficiency; call center experience a plus
