Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging call center technologies, identifying trends, and pinpointing areas for improvement to drive operational efficiencies while enhancing the overall customer experience.MSG specializes in delivering innovative solutions in program management, training and technical assistance, research and evaluation, marketing and communications, and IT and digital services to a range of federal clients, including extensive experience with the Departments of Labor, Education, and Health and Human Services.   • Provide customer service support related to data submissions
  • Meet or exceed service and operational goals established for the call center, including quality and productivity
  • Communicates concise and accurate information, following operational procedures.
  • Manually enters data received at the National Office and resolves data quality issues.
  • Adheres to daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent plus two years customer service experience.
  • Two years of experience using Microsoft Office suite or equivalent software.
  • Experience using the internet for research.
