A commercial and residential cleaning company is currently hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Remote work and overtime are available for evenings and weekends, but overtime is not mandatory. The position offers full benefits after successfully completing a probationary period.
The call center primarily handles scheduling appointments for callers needing specialized carpet cleaning or upholstery services for residential or commercial properties. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for answering incoming calls, greeting clients, and determining whether they have used our services before by looking up location information or creating new accounts for new properties. Applicants must be comfortable providing customer service over the phone while performing data entry and account maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities include creating accounts, scheduling appointments for cleaning technicians, and noting specific services required, such as the number of rooms, square footage, spot cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or additional services. The CSR must also record special instructions from property owners, such as animals on site, furniture to be moved, or security codes. Collecting payment information over the phone and making follow-up outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns are also part of the role.
