We are seeking a Customer Service Associate for a temp-to-hire position. You will help customers with their orders, answer calls, and solve delivery issues. This role requires Call Center experience, good product knowledge and teamwork skills. Key Duties: Enter data into the computer. Answer phone calls and assist customers. Help customers figure out what they need to order. Solve problems during the delivery process. Stay updated on company products. Work well with your team. Stay calm and positive, even under pressure.
