Call Center Customer Service Professional - II
Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract
Hybrid 8 days a month, usually Tuesday and Wednesday's Targeted Years of Experience: 3-5 years
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems
- Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and/or completion of tasks, providing additional guidance and education on processes as needed
- Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution.
- Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Candidate must be a US citizen - be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance - Center is 24/7 so individual must be able to work all shifts - Preferred client Experience
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Strong in customer service, appropriate phone manners, ability to think and react to changing situation
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
- At minimum a High School diploma, some college preferred
