- The Customer Service Representative can utilize their multitasking skills and has great attention to detail!
- Handle an array of customer inquires
- Swiftly gather and enter client data
- Request documentation as needed and ensure proper follow-up with customers
- Research customer issues and inquires
- Rout customer calls to the appropriate department as needed
- Collect and enter customer feedback
- Email correspondence with customers and internal team members
Qualifications: -Previous experience within a corporate enviornment -Previous experience working with confidential documentation -Speaking with speaking clients on the phone -College degree preferred (Not Required)
