Job Description :

Expivia Marketing is seeking customer service representatives to join our team! THIS IS A WORK-FROM-HOME POSITION! However, please note there will be mandatory initial in-person training at our main office in Erie, PA. Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a PLUS
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism
  • Detail Oriented
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Provide a consistent positive attitude & effort
  • Have a warm and engaging disposition.
