Position Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Calibration Specialist, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the precision and dependability of our environmental monitoring products. Become an integral part of our Calibration Lab, maintaining the highest quality standards while helping to ensure the safety and efficiency of healthcare operations.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Execute calibration processes for temperature and humidity monitoring devices utilizing standard calibration equipment.
  • Analyze calibration data to detect and rectify any discrepancies from specified tolerances.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot device issues, identify root causes, and implement documented corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate calibration records and documentation for all devices.
  • Generate comprehensive calibration reports that document deviations in collaboration with the quality team.
  • Consistently follow industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies during daily calibration activities.
  • Assist with necessary repairs or preventive maintenance of calibration equipment.
  • Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the calibration lab.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or certification in a relevant technical field, or related work experience.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to precision and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset within a team environment.

To Excel:

  • Prior experience as a Calibration Technician, specifically with temperature and humidity monitoring devices.
  • Strong understanding of calibration methodologies, standards, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations such as ISO 17025 and ISO 9001.
