Calibration and Plant Services Coordinator II - Instrumentation Laboratory Company : Job Details

The Calibration and Plant Services Coordinator is responsible for administering the SAP Plant Tool System for tracking Calibration and Maintenance records for all equipment within the plant. The Calibration and Plant Services Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining the spare parts catalog, scheduling with service vendors and procurement of machine and facilities related parts. Responsibilities Key Accountabilities:Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance records of company owned tools, fixtures, analytical equipment and gauges within SAP including Out of Tolerance generation and tracking of such conditions. Monitor and report to management on the preventive maintenance and calibration status of all equipment. Coordinate outsourced calibration of equipment with production management and calibration vendors. Issue Purchase Requisitions to vendors and approve invoices for payment.
