The Caf Associate is responsible for providing quick and efficient service to customers in a variety of duties relating to a fast casual food service experience including recording transactions and collecting payment with a point of sale system, stocking counters and maintaining sanitation standards.

Excellent guest service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills; ability to accurately count change and balance bank.
Ability to work long hours and flexible shifts including: mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to transport up to 50 lbs. on a continuous basis.
Ability to work independently or in a team setting during set up and execution of service.
Willingness and drive to exceed the guest expectations.
Ability to effectively listen and take direction from supervisor.
Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
Ability to bend and squat.
Ability to work independently or in a team to get tasks done quickly.
Must have basic knowledge of food preparations, service standards, guest relations and etiquette.
Ability to read, speak and write English Language in order to communicate with management and guests.
Must maintain personal hygiene and a well groomed appearance standard in compliance with a dress code that prohibits displaying tattoos, piercings in excess of one per ear, and unnatural hair colors. Practice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.
