Job Description
CAD Operator 1-2 - ADM is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CAD Operator to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to grow their skills and build a career in CAD design and drafting. The Entry-Level CAD Operator will assist in the creation and modification of detailed 2D and 3D drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The ideal candidate will work closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to produce accurate and high-quality design documents. Reports to: CAD Department Manager Department: ADM Engineering Services Location: Cedar Rapids, Iowa (the position could also be based out of Decatur, IL) Education:
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. If hired, employees will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors. The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$39,200.00 - $72,800.00
