We are a fast-growing fashion company specializing in trend-driven Ladies Apparel with strong placement in the off-price and specialty retail markets. Our team is looking for a talented CAD Designer to bring creativity, technical expertise, and precision to our design process.

Role Overview

The CAD Designer will be responsible for creating flats, print artwork, technical sketches, and packaging design that align with brand direction and retail partner requirements. This role requires strong technical and artistic skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to deliver production-ready artwork in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Create accurate flat sketches and detailed technical drawings for Ladies apparel categories.

Develop repeat prints, graphics, and artwork suitable for production.

Execute CAD boards, color-ups, and print layouts to support seasonal assortments.

Work closely with the design and production teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across tech packs.

Assist in creating packaging design, labels, hangtags, and presentation boards.

Ensure files are production-ready and factory compliant.

Maintain a clear and organized CAD library.

Qualifications

35 years of CAD design experience in apparel (Ladies experience strongly preferred).

Strong skills in flat sketching and technical drawing.

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (mandatory).

Knowledge of prints, repeats, color separations, and graphic design for apparel.

Experience with packaging and trim artwork a plus.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
